Combining a passion for proven, results-driven physical training principles with a customer service focus, Ben provides precise individualised training guidance guaranteed to reap the most effective, time-efficient personal training.

From the moment Ben could stand he was always on the go. A multitude of sports and recreational activities has produced a rounded training background in a diverse range of both sports-specific and general training practices, encompassing such fields as Australian Rules, Cricket, Tennis, Squash, Soccer and Amateur Bodybuilding. His time as a Muay Thai instructor honed his skills further in elite level training concepts and skills.

Collating knowledge acquired from decades of first-hand experience and the application of a lifetime of work and play, Ben made his move into personal training to share his passion for everything health & fitness. Since then, Ben has forged his own path of success stories with his focus on achieving goals in line with his client needs and desires. These include fat loss, postural correction, injury rehabilitation, sports specific training, bodybuilding & reshaping, pre-wedding conditioning, pre- and post-natal training and pregnancy training.

Ben happily guides his clients from their initial steps into personal training, right through to developing new and exciting challenges for the well-versed in elite training, to always make personal training fun and challenging.

Ben DillonCertified Personal Trainer, Rehabilitation Trainer, Boxing Instructor

Ben is a qualified Personal Trainer and having trained with elite sports physiotherapists, AFL, and boxing coaches, he has been presented with Rehabilitation and Boxing certified qualifications. Driven by results and client satisfaction, Ben has helped his clients achieve their goals in weight loss and management, sport specific training, rehabilitation, and body building, and has also been involved in training for the military and the police force.

Ben has personally participated and competed in many different sports throughout his career including Tennis, Football, Basketball, and Athletics. He has coached Basketball and played for sixteen years at a Championship and Big V level. Due to injury, Ben no longer competes, however through sustaining that injury he has developed a passion for rehabilitation and particularly sports-specific training and injury prevention.

Ben is driven by the desire to help those who wish to strengthen, rehabilitate, and reach their peak performance in their sporting field and in their everyday life!


Leigh GathercoleCertified Personal Trainer, Rehabilitation Trainer, Functional & Core Conditioning Trainer, Outdoor Trainer, Boxing Instructor

Leigh's training style is informed by his passion for sport and athleticism, sport specific training, functional movement and rehabilitation.

With his background in a multitude of sports, both playing and coaching, he has come to the realisation that prevention of an injury is always preferable to rehabilitation. As such, Leigh focuses on postural care, and strengthening functional movements to ensure each of his clients train safely and effectively, while building stability and strength to guard against injury.

Leigh also has a passion for the performing arts, being professionally involved as well as a keen spectator; his understanding of human movement with the combination of his experience on stage gives him a dynamic insight to athleticism and strength.


Grant IlesPersonal Trainer, Remedial Massage Therapist

Grant has been in the fitness industry for the last 16 years, playing State Rugby for many years as well as being a part of the Australian Under 16's squad. He has qualifications in Personal Training and a Diploma in Massage Therapies.

Grant has most recently worked as a Personal Trainer and Masseur in a super-specialised health retreat for weight loss. In this capacity, he assisted many clients to achieve their goals through intense workouts, nutritional and fitness education, and remedial body work to prevent injury and aid rapid recovery. Grant has also participated in power-lifting and bodybuilding for many years and understands first hand the importance of muscle maintenance for metabolic functioning and body toning and conditioning. Grant is also proficient in boxing and kickboxing instruction, sports specific training, and interval training. Additionally, Grant has a softer side as a Remedial Massage Therapist, treating all types of muscle problems, with specialties in cupping, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage. This unique skill set enables Grant not only to train you hard, but also to soothe you and ensure you are ready to train again the following day.

When Grant takes on a new client, he commits to you all the way. With his training mantra of “Just Keep Moving”, you know he is in it with you for the long haul, no matter how hard it gets.



Martin MattiCertified Personal Trainer, Remedial Massage Therapist and Boxing Instructor

Participating furiously in State League Soccer for many years and involving himself in various sporting events, Martin's health, fitness and recovery knowledge is vast. Playing competitively, Martin's soccer career gave him the opportunity to work for a State League Soccer team as their trainer and masseur. Strength, conditioning and recovery is something Martin is very passionate about and he leads by good example. Having been interested in sport and fitness from a young age, Martin's enthusiasm is second to none. Martin's passion and desire comes from his clients. Guiding them to reach their maximum potential and giving them the advice to help them lead strong, fit and nutritional lives to the fullest. Seeing their fantastic results is what drives and excites him to produce his best.

Martin is a firm believer in combining specifically tailored treatments and exercises to nurture and strengthen the body in a holistic manner.

Martin works with a broad range of clients. Each fitness program is individually personalised and adapted to their lifestyles and fitness needs.


Marda WilleyExercise Physiologist, Pilates Instructor

Marda is an Authentic Pilates Certified Instructor, an accredited Exercise Physiologist (MESSA) and has also undertaken training in Stott Pilates. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, Diploma of Education in Physical Education and Certificate of Remedial and Sports Massage. With post graduate studies in Dance and Movement and Exercise Sports Science, Marda has the perfect blend of understanding human movement and mechanics along with traditional Pilates training. Since 1981, Marda has taught exercise, dance and movement, and was one of the first in Australia to train in the NY style with Romana Kryzanowska and Cynthia Lochard. She undertook to direct her own Pilates Studio in 1997, has been Vice President of The Pilates Alliance since conception in 2001, and in 2010 stepped down to become Continuing Education Officer for the Pilates Alliance.

In 2009, Marda moved back to Victoria to be close to her family and is enjoying the freedom to instruct in a variety of Pilates Studios, as a PAA Principal Trainer, and in July 2010, she was granted Teacher Trainer Status with Romana Pilates.

Marda has continued to develop her skills in breaking down the exercises within all the methods of Pilates and creating a sound basis for the 'Why Do Exercise' question. Her speciality is the biomechanics of the body within exercise and more specifically the Authentic Pilates Method, given that Romana Pilates is her passion.


Dasha ZilkovaCertified APEA Pilates Instructor
Pilates Diploma of Professional Instruction (9149NSW)

Born in the Czech Republic, Dasha had the opportunity to study Massage, Hydrotherapy, and Naturopathy in Norway, and later continued in the USA working in health retreats and studying organic farming. Dasha moved to Australia in 1995 and has been working as a Remedial Massage therapist, while continuing to expand her experiences, including a Certificate IV in Pathology and Kinesiology.

Dasha has taken on Classical Pilates to improve her own flexibility, balance and strength, which turned into a passion and later a new career. Dasha was very fortunate to study the Authentic Pilates Method under Marda Willey and Olga Tamara (APEA Sydney).

Dasha participates in continuing education workshops, to keep learning and further develop as a Pilates instructor.
